Mylin Rosales
Mylin was born on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. She speaks Tagalog, Visayan and English. After earning a Bachelor of Science in business, she moved to Alaska pursuing a gaming career that ultimately brought her to Reno in 1998. Mylin was involved with slot operations before becoming a casino host. In 2007 she joined Grand Sierra as an executive casino host. Today, Mylin lives with her two girls - the loves of her life. She enjoys cooking, bowling, traveling and watching action movies.

Ken Matsuzaki
Ken was born and grew up on the island of Hawaii. In the year 2000, Ken and his wife Diane relocated to Reno, along with their three dogs. Although Ken attributes his past work experience - hotel front desk clerk, VIP representative, leisure sales manager and casino host as contributing factors in his success as an executive casino host, he believes that the main contributing factor was his lifestyle growing up on the islands. Ken’s hobbies include golf, fishing, traveling and landscaping. Aloha!

T.C. Rahme
T.C. has been in the casino business for 30 years. His early career was in the pit, before deciding to pursue a career in Casino Marketing. He has been an executive casino host for the Peppermill, Atlantis, and the Nugget. T.C. enjoys spending time at his second home in Graeagle, California, with his wife and daughter. T.C. enjoys baseball, football, golf, swimming, and singing.

Mike Milano
Born and raised in Long Island, Mike moved to Reno in 1978 bringing with him that New York charm and wit. Mike has worked in a variety of positions in the gaming industry until becoming an executive casino host at the former Fitzgerald’s. Like any smart New Yorker, Mike knows a good thing when he sees it and made the move as executive casino host to Grand Sierra Resort.

Barbara St John
Barbara was born Brooklyn, New York and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She came to Reno and started a career in the casino industry. Her experience is varied. Not only has she worked in the food and beverage side of the business, she’s been exposed to different areas within the casino. She has played a role in developing many women’s bowling and golf leagues. Barbara’s hobbies include bowling, travel, golf and poker. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter.

Menchie Janssen
Menchie was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She has extensive management level experience in customer service, in retail and the hotel and restaurant industries. Menchie loves spending all her free time with her daughter and husband going fishing, camping and traveling. She considers the hotel and casino business fun and rewarding!

Evie Delacruz
Evie was born in the Philippines. She grew up in Reno and started in the hotel and casino industry at the age of 16, working in the front desk, telephone switchboard and room reservations areas. At 21, she started working in the main cage and she’s also been telemarketing and players club supervisors and a slot operations manager. Evie loves to sing and dance!

Richard Pineda
A second generation Filipino, Richard was born and raised in Dallas before moving to the Bay Area in 1989. With a strong sales background and a passion for dealing with people, Richard started a career in the Reno Hotel/Casino industry. His experience as a Front Desk Supervisor and VIP Services Manager, lead him to his new job as Grand Sierra Casino Host. Richard feels the property is a magnet for customers looking for the best gaming experience and most amenities in Reno. He looks forward to providing you with all services our casino has to offer. In their free time, Richard and his wife enjoy traveling, sports, music and movies.

Scott Huston
Scott has over seventeen years experience in the casino business, ten of those years as a host. He has worked in casinos in Laughlin, Tahoe and has settled down here in Reno. Scott loves golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter (as long as there’s no football game on, go Chargers).

Sharon Cargile
Sharon started her casino career spending summers at Lake Tahoe with her family. Her early career was in the pit as a dealer and then a Pit Boss and Host Manager in Atlantic City. Sharon has been in Casino Marketing here at GSR since 1998. At work, customer service is a passion. Leisure time is spent with two granddaughters in Las Vegas and RVing with her husband, Jim
