Best Service

When you book your vacation in Reno with us we offer you the best customer service available regarding your stay. We have your itinerary immediately upon completing your reservation. When you book through a third party site sometimes your reservation information may not be made available to us until 24 hours prior to your check-in. As a result our customer service agents may not have access to your special requests, questions or it may be more difficult for us to solve any issue that may arise prior to your arrival. When you book direct your best rate guarantee includes the best customer service because we can anticipate your needs and are able to better accommodate special requests.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits on room(s) is fully refundable with a 48 hour notice prior to arrival (special and city-wide events and special promotions typically require a 14 day cancellation to avoid late cancellation penalty).

When you book with us we require only the first night of your stay plus room tax as a deposit on your credit card (excludes package deals, special promotions and non-cancellable reservations).


Upon arrival, a refundable security and incidental fee of $50 per night is required. This can be authorized on any major credit card. Please allow 5-7 days for refund to take effect. There is also a resort fee that includes fitness center privileges, airport shuttle, local and 800 calls and in-room bottled water.
