Charlie Palmer Steak at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino introduces delectable winter menu offerings
RENO, Nev. (Feb. 4, 2021) – This winter season, Charlie Palmer Steak at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR), Reno’s only celebrity chef-owned restaurant, is unveiling delicious seasonal menu selections guaranteed to warm guests up from the inside out.
An array of tantalizing appetizers to start the menu have been added, including Caramelized Diver Scallops with parsnip puree, balsamic reduction and Hyde’s micro basil; Roasted Baby Beets served with arugula, candied pecans, goat cheese and a sherry shallot vinaigrette; and Soy Glazed Pork Belly with a side of Napa cabbage slaw, pickled jalapeño and cucumber.
New seasonal dinner selections include Roasted Superior Farms Lamb Chop, served with cauliflower puree, braised leeks and minted lamb jus; Ora King Salmon with a side of roasted butternut squash risotto, cremini mushrooms and crisp basil; and Crispy Sonoma Free Range Chicken served on a bed of cardamom scented basmati rice with squash korma and topped with fresh coriander leaves.
Diners also can’t go wrong with Fettuccine Wild Boar Bolognese topped with Grana Padano, crushed chili and fresh herbs or Steakhouse Cioppino, a spiced tomato broth featuring mahi-mahi, little neck clams, Penn Cove mussels, prawns, scallop with grilled focaccia.
