Spring is sprung at Uno Más with a three-course special, starting with Crab & Corn Ceviche with Cactus Paddle with crab, sweet corn, onion, tomato, cilantro and avocado served with honey cilantro lime dressing on a roasted cactus paddle. Enjoy a main course of Tequila Lime & Chorizo Chicken with roasted squash, zucchini, potato, poblano peppers and onion. Finish with a Capirotada with cinnamon crème fraiche ice cream and apricot conservas. This special menu at Uno Más is $36 per person and will be available on Sunday, April 4 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.
