Don’t miss Pedal Punk, a high-energy, no-holds-barred Steampunk-inspired circus presented by Cirque Mechanics. Grand Sierra Resort brings this awe-inspiring, limited-time performance to the Grand Stage for 10 performances December 20-30. Tickets are on sale now for this unforgettable, family-friendly show, hailed by The New York Times as “exceptional, eye-catching, ear-catching and, to keep the list short, engrossingly entertaining!”

Pedal Punk racks up rave reviews at every venue. With its heart in the mechanical, Pedal Punk celebrates stories of American ingenuity with a timeless, relevant message, shining a spotlight on the trappings of a technology-obsessed society.

Set in a zany bike shop, the mechanic interacts with cyclists and bikes in an acrobatic whirlwind, inspiring the cyclist in all of us to break free with a little “Pedal Punk.” Stories unfold through circus acrobatics, mechanical wonders, and, of course, a bit of clowning around. What better place to experience such a feat of engineering than in GSR’s newly renovated Grand Theater.

Since its conception in 2004, Cirque Mechanics has secured its place as a premier American circus, consistently delivering high-energy, awe-inspiring entertainment with provocative storytelling and innovative mechanical staging, all draped in a whimsical flare. Part circus, part Rube Goldberg machine, part aerial acrobatics show, this contemporary circus is the brain-child of Founder Chris Lashua, a German Wheel artist and BMX freestyler. Inspired by Cirque du Soleil, the troupe claims Las Vegas as its home base.

Experience this must-see show at GSR.  Nevada’s very own circus, Cirque Mechanics, stages Pedal Punk on the Grand Stage for just 10 performances December 20-30.  (No show December 23.) GSR gives you just the perfect way to bring your whole family together. Tickets make a great gift and will delight and entertain all ages. Don’t forget those hard-to-shop-for people on your list. Reserve your tickets today. Call our Box Office between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. at 775-789-1115.
