For items you may have lost while visiting Grand Sierra Resort, please complete the following online form or contact us at 775-789-2400.

Already have a Lost Item ID # (from the ChargerBack system), please visit this page to request status update of lost item.

Guest Safety

At Grand Sierra Resort, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members remain our top priority. We continuously maintain and enhance resort-wide cleanliness, air quality, and security measures to help provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Air Quality

GSR utilizes advanced bipolar ionization technology throughout the resort to help improve indoor air quality and reduce smoke odors. Our Plasma Air system is designed to neutralize odors, reduce airborne particles, and support a cleaner environment across the property.

Touch-Free Restrooms

To reduce touchpoints and promote hygiene, select public restrooms feature the Dyson Airblade Wash+Dry system, allowing guests to wash and dry hands at the sink using HEPA-filtered air technology.

Resort Security

Grand Sierra Resort is committed to maintaining a secure environment for all guests. Our professionally trained Security Team, combined with property-wide security measures and monitored guest entrances, helps provide an additional level of safety throughout the resort.

Important Resort Policies

  • Firearms and weapons are prohibited on GSR property.

  • Only trained service animals are permitted.

  • Guests under 21 years of age may not loiter in gaming areas.

Backpack, Duffel & Oversized Bag Policy

For the comfort and security of all guests, backpacks, duffel bags, and oversized luggage are not permitted in the following areas:

  • Casino floor

  • Resort and casino bars

  • Race & Sportsbook

Guests carrying large bags in restricted areas may be asked to return items to their hotel room or vehicle. Bell Desk storage may be available for registered hotel guests checking in or out, based on availability.

Non-compliant guests may be asked to leave restricted areas.

Bags Permitted In:

  • Restaurants and dining venues

  • Common resort areas

  • Convention and meeting spaces

  • Travel to and from guest vehicles

  • Guests carrying required medical equipment

Policy Guidelines

Enforcement is at the discretion of Security. Examples of restricted items may include backpacks, duffel bags, oversized totes, and large carry bags designed to transport personal belongings. Standard purses and handbags are permitted.
