Rim is our new Pan-Asian bistro created by premier Reno restaurateur, Joe Wong. Joe has prepared a menu featuring specialties from China, Japan, Korea and Thailand. Take a culinary trip through Asia with dishes like Kumquat Shrimp, Pacific style mixed fruit, sautéed with sliced chicken breast and the grilled Hokkaido scallops. The preparation, the presentation and the ingredients, make the food at Rim a culinary experience.

Rim also features a full service sushi bar with a special ‘All You Can Eat’ menu, offered at lunch and dinner. Undoubtedly, the sushi at Rim is the best in Reno, with exotic rolls like the Buddha, with spicy white tuna, avocado and macadamia nuts, topped with kiwi. One of many unique rolls that you won’t find anywhere else. We highly recommend that you come in for a seating.

The menu also features a variety of sake, wines, beers and Rim specialty drinks, complimenting your meal or a great cocktail before you eat. The décor and service are outstanding, the wait staff is impeccable and full of suggestions and very friendly. Joe Wong has done an amazing job putting together a Pan-Asian bistro inside Grand Sierra Resort.
