Need help with your new Infinity Rewards online login profile? Start here.

What Changed?

The Infinity Rewards "club" portal was recently updated and moved to a new location within the GrandSierraResort.com website — now named the, "Infinity Rewards My Account" page.

Part of this upgrade effort included the implementation of a new authentication system which provides Single-Sign-On (SSO) functionality. This SSO technology will allow you to log into multiple online resources from both Grand Sierra Resort and our sister property, Sahara Las Vegas, with the same email and password. 

In order to leverage this new feature, a new online login profile is required. If you have not already done so, your can Create Your Online Login Profile now.

What Are the Steps?

There are only a few steps in the process to get your new online login profile created.

Submit Account Info
Complete and submit the form on this page, with your Email, First Name, Last Name and Infinity Rewards Account Number.

Receive Email
After your account information and status in verified, you will receive an email from GSR with a button to "Create New Password."

Create New Password
After you click the "Create New Password" button, you will be prompted to enter and confirm (enter again) your chosen password.

Ready to Login
Once you submit your new password, your profile is finished and you are redirected to the Infinity Rewards My Account login page.

To help you understand if any Infinity Rewards account is associated with your email address, if you have any offers available,  or what is the status of your new online profile, please enter and submit your email address. After submitting your email address you will receive an email with more information.
