The Game Brings the Party to LEX Nightclub, Saturday, August 20

RENO, Nev. (July 7, 2022) – West Coast rap legend, The Game, is set to perform at LEX Nightclub inside Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 10 p.m.

Emerging from the gritty streets of Compton in the early 2000s, The Game’s raw and forceful lyricism are emblematic of the era and environment that forged some of the West Coast’s most legendary rappers. His evocative freestyles earned him a mentorship under Dr. Dre and Interscope Records who sent The Game to work alongside G-Unit and 50 Cent. After appearing in 50 Cent’s music video “In Da Club,” The Game solidified his place among the most elite rappers and continued to fortify his reputation with appearances in music videos alongside the likes of Young Buck, Lloyd Banks and Fabolous.

His first two major label singles “Westside Story” and “Untold Story” dropped in 2004 and received considerable success. In 2005, The Game catapulted into stardom with the release of his debut studio album, “The Documentary,” which received double platinum accreditation by the RIAA. In the same year, he scored a win at the World Music Awards for World’s Best Selling New Male Artist. His 2008 album, “LAX,” skyrocketed to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and endures as one his most praised works. In addition to releasing a tireless string of acclaimed mixtapes, singles and albums, The Game received Grammy Award nominations in the categories of Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his hit single “Hate It or Love It.”
