RENO, Nev. (Oct. 5, 2022) – On Wednesday, Sept. 28, Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) unveiled their freshly renovated private bowling suite, complete with eight new VIP bowling lanes and an upscale VIP lounge. During the ribbon cutting ceremony, the GSR executive team was joined by Mayor Hillary Schieve, current Miss USA® Elle Smith and contestants from the 71st Miss USA® Competition, which was held at GSR.

“Grand Sierra Resort is thrilled to offer the only private VIP bowling experience in the Reno-Tahoe region. After a year of renovations, guests can finally experience the upscale space and all the amenities it has to offer,” said Christopher Abraham, Senior Vice President of Marketing at GSR. “We were honored to host the Miss USA® contestants and have them participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony – they were the perfect addition to our celebration.”

The brand new private bowling suite features eight new bowling lanes, a VIP lounge with a pool table and dedicated bar, and luxurious seating throughout. The renovation is part of the property’s $55 million in resort upgrades and enhancements this year alone.
