2023 is the Year of the Rabbit, and GSR is celebrating with incredible dining specials and dazzling dance demonstrations.
- The Grand Buffet’s special Lunar New Year menu will feature steamed clams in black bean sauce, soy ginger salmon, Chinese crispy lemon fish, hoisin BBQ pork ribs, garlic five spice NY strip, roasted whole pig, roasted duck, Kung Pao chicken, Peking duck roll, shanghai shrimp stir fry and a poke station. Guests can enjoy this menu on Friday, Jan. 20 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 21 and Sunday, Jan. 22 from 4 to 9 p.m. Pricing is $54.99 for adults and $34.99 for kids.
- Rim Asian Bistro’s Chinese New Year menu features a wild mushroom bao amuse bouche, a Nori Goma Furikake seared tuna served with cucumber, whipped avocado and shoyu appetizer, and a seared scallop and crab meat seafood soup. Guests can select between three delectable entree options: steamed sea bass served with ginger soy sauce and long life noodle, a roasted honey duck served with kailan, mushroom and Mandarin orange sauce, or a yuzu poached lobster tail served with braised bok choy, wild mushrooms, and black truffle miso butter. This special menu will be available from Friday, Jan. 20 through Sunday, Jan. 22 from 5 to 11 p.m. for $105 per person.
- The spectacular lion dance demonstrations will take place on the casino floor on Saturday, Jan. 21 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 22 at 1 p.m.

English rock band and ‘90s grunge icons Bush will take the stage with Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell for an unforgettable performance. Emerging during the grunge boom of the early ‘90s, Bush was the first British band post-Nirvana to hit it big in America with chart-topping releases like “Sixteen Stones” and “Razorblade Suitcase.” Joining Bush will be Jerry Cantrell, an eleven-time Grammy award nominee who was recognized in Guitar World’s “100 Greatest Guitar Players of All Time.” Tickets start at $39.50, plus additional taxes and fees.
