To celebrate the upcoming Disney’s “The Lion King” at the Grand Theatre, The Grand Buffet is holding a special week dedicated to the beloved show with a menu that includes fun twists on classic dishes and a $9.99 special for children 12 and under.
During this themed week, guests can enjoy a variety of Serengeti-inspired dishes like “Cub-Sized Burger Bites,” “Meerkat Mozzarella Sticks,” “Mud Bugs,” “Hyena Bait” and more. For the cubs with a sweet tooth, enjoy “Baboon Bliss Banana Pie,” “Serengeti Sunrise Pops,” “Chocolate-dipped Tree Root Twists” and many more creatively named dishes designed to delight the younger members of the family.
Guests can also enjoy buffet favorites such as expertly prepared beef brisket, turkey and juicy flank steak, this special menu is packed with an array of globally-inspired flavors to please even the pickiest eaters. Guests can also expect a fully loaded salad bar featuring garden-fresh ingredients and an array of dressings.
In addition to the themed menu, The Grand Buffet will be decked out with decor that captures the wild and roaring spirit of the African plains and the iconic Pride Rock, making for an immersive and “un-fur-gettable” dining experience for visitors of all ages.
