Renowned for his smooth tenor voice and masterful songwriting, Christopher Cross rose to international fame with his eponymous debut album released in 1979. This groundbreaking album earned him five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Song of the Year for the iconic hit singles “Sailing” and “Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do).” Cross continued his streak of success with the release of his second album, “Another Page” (1983), featuring hits like “All Right” and “Think of Laura.”
Cross remained active in the 1980s and 1990s, contributing songs to TV shows like “Growing Pains.” Throughout the 2000s and 2010s, he remained a prolific artist, releasing albums and collaborating with other musicians, including tours commemorating significant musical milestones.
