Charlie Palmer Steak Reno Brings Iconic The Beefsteak Event West

RENO, Nev. (Sept. 2, 2022) – The original steakhouse tradition, Beefsteak features copious amounts of meats (chops, bone marrow and more) along with abundant libations, including bourbon provided by Frey Ranch Distillery, wine and beer. Guests will enjoy the indulgences of food, drink and song over communal dining in celebration of the Beefsteak. Utensils are available for the faint of heart.

Guests can expect a family-style, four course dinner featuring a variety of delicious plates. Start the night with appetizers, such as aged Irish whiskey cheddar, Charlie Palmer garlic bread, a steakhouse chop salad or Oysters Rockefeller.

For the main course, guests can pick from smoked prime rib, made from the highest quality beef, herb roasted lamb chops with a mint gremolata or bone marrow canoes topped with bacon jam. An array of side dishes including delectable duck fat roasted creamer potatoes, maple bacon and dijon brussel sprouts or roasted baby carrots round out the experience.

For dessert, the unforgettable options include sweet and salty caramel popcorn balls, “Manhattan” whoopie pies or mini “nutty buddies.”

Chef Charlie Palmer will preside as master of ceremonies for the Beefsteak feast. Eric and Joel from Reno band The Novelists will provide live music entertainment. A song book will be included should you want to sing along with the festivities.

All-inclusive tickets are $165 and are on sale Friday, Sept. 2. Tickets can be found here. For more information about Charlie Palmer Steak or to make a reservation visit grandsierraresort.com.
