Father John Misty, the stage name of singer-songwriter Josh Tillman, has carved out a singular space in modern music, blending pop, folk and sardonic wit into a sound that’s as cinematic as it is intimate. Tillman started releasing music under the stage name J. Tillman in the early 2000s before joining Fleet Foxes as a drummer. Following the completion of Fleet Foxes’ second album, Tillman ventured on as a solo artist under the Father John Misty stage name. Recording his critically acclaimed debut album “Fear Fun” in 2012, Misty has since become one of indie music’s most distinctive voices, celebrated for his sharp social commentary and lush, emotionally charged compositions.

His subsequent albums, “I Love You, Honeybear” (2015) and “Pure Comedy” (2017), ventured into concept album territory, the former being an autobiographical look into Misty’s marriage, and the latter exchanging the romantic content of the former for a nihilistic view of society, consumerism and politics. Critically acclaimed and fan-beloved, his next two records, “God's Favorite Customer” (2018) and “Chloë and the Next 20th Century” (2022), explore soft rock and traditional pop, respectively, showcasing his ever-evolving style. In addition to his solo projects, Father John Misty is a frequent collaborator with artists like Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Lana Del Rey.

Known for his live performances, Father John Misty brings a dynamic mix of humor, theatricality and emotional depth to the stage. With a commanding presence, audiences can expect an unforgettable evening of music spanning his celebrated catalog. Doors open at 7 p.m.
