RENO, Nev. (Nov. 4, 2025) – There’s no shortage of Thanksgiving feasts at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR). From classic turkey dinners to elevated spins on holiday classics, guests have plenty of options to choose from with special Thanksgiving menus at Charlie Palmer Steak Reno, The Grand Buffet and The Grand Café.
Charlie Palmer Steak Reno
For a truly elevated Thanksgiving, Charlie Palmer Steak Reno is offering a three-course chef’s tasting menu. Begin the night with acorn squash and burrata cheese, featuring king oyster mushrooms, watercress, pumpkin seeds and a cranberry vinaigrette.
The main course is a heritage turkey roulade with black truffle stuffing, duck fat pommes purée, haricot verts and a cranberry port reduction, creating a refined twist on the traditional holiday turkey dinner. Finish the evening with a pumpkin gateau, featuring spiced diplomat cream, pumpkin mousse and a pecan crumble for the perfect sweet ending.
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve this Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 4 to 10 p.m. for $80 per person.
The Grand Buffet
Skip the cooking this Thanksgiving and indulge in The Grand Buffet’s special menu, sure to please every member of the family. The menu includes herb-roasted bone-in turkey, honey ham and prime rib. Load up a plate filled with traditional, and elevated twists. Thanksgiving sides including apple-cranberry stuffing, housemade orange-cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallow and green bean casserole. Or enjoy a new holiday tradition with seared salmon with lobster sauce, butternut squash ravioli with sage cream sauce and more buffet classics. End the night with an assortment of desserts.
This special menu will be available on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Prices are $70 for adults and $20 for children.
Grand Café
At the Grand Café. Guests can enjoy a traditional turkey dinner with herb-roasted turkey breast, sage stuffing, butter mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce and giblet gravy for $31 per plate. Dessert includes a classic pumpkin pie served with whipped cream for $10.
The Grand Café will serve this Thanksgiving special on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
