With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Molly McAndrew brings a passion for creating memorable guest experiences wherever she goes. Originally from New York, she’s lived in California, Las Vegas, Denver, and even Australia-collecting stories, skills, and a deep love for travel along the way. Molly thrives on making people feel welcome, valued, and at home. Whether it is a family reunion, an important meeting, or a once in a lifetime celebration, Molly helps clients feel confident, comfortable and excited about their event.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, and spoiling her cat, Finn. A devoted animal lover and advocate, she’s especially passionate about wildlife conservation and dreams of helping protect the African elephant.
