RENO, Nev. (Aug. 8, 2022) – Reno’s only celebrity chef-owned restaurant, Charlie Palmer Steak Reno at Grand Sierra Resort (GSR), is excited to announce the launch of a new happy hour menu alongside a new half-priced special Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The new happy hour menu, which launches on Aug. 8, is guided by Charlie Palmer’s passion for market-driven ingredients and offers something for everyone to enjoy. Seafood fans will love the oysters with horseradish, cocktail and tabasco sauce; the lobster bisque made from fresh lobster, brandied cream and chives; or the bacon-wrapped scallops accompanied by an herb salad with spicy mustard vinegarette.
Meat lovers can enjoy New York strip skewers made from the highest-quality certified angus beef alongside a tomato salad and chimichurri; an asian-inspired braised pork belly with kimchi, a shiso salad and spicy mustard aioli; or a Piedmontese burger made with smoked cheddar and paired perfectly with truffle parm fries.
In addition, guests can choose from an assortment of cocktails like a Classic Old Fashioned made from Woodford Reserve bourbon, demerara and bitters or a Smoked Manhattan; the finest selection of wines such as a Riesling or Chardonnay; or a selection of draft beer including local options like Fifty-Fifty Brewing CAPA or Revision IPA.
Locals can also enjoy a 20 percent discount on all GSR-owned outlets all day Sunday through Thursday. Local guests may present their ID and Infinity Rewards card.
