RENO, Nev. (Nov. 21, 2022) – There’s no shortage of festive feasts this holiday season at Grand Sierra Resort (GSR). Guests can enjoy a special menu at Charlie Palmer Steak Reno, The Grand Buffet and The Grand Cafe this Thanksgiving.
Charlie Palmer Steak
The Charlie Palmer Steak menu will feature an unforgettable three course dinner for guests. Start the night off with the choice of butternut squash gnocchi made with brown butter, parmesan reggiano, amaretti crumble and sage or baked brie with caramelized onion, roasted tart apple and pecans alongside house flatbread.
An elevated traditional turkey dinner will follow, featuring sausage stuffing, haricot vert, honey glazed baby carrots, butter potatoes, turkey gravy and cranberry relish. A trio of delectable desserts including a pumpkin ginger cheesecake, caramel pecan tart and brown butter apple cake will end the night on a sweet note.
Charlie Palmer will serve this Thanksgiving menu on Nov. 24 from 5 to 9 p.m. for $98 per person.
The Grand Buffet
There’s plenty of Thanksgiving tradition at The Grand Buffet. Choose from an array of dishes like herb roasted turkey or honey glazed ham with all the fixings plus roasted butternut squash soup, candied sweet potatoes with marshmallows, green bean casserole and roasted Brussels sprouts. The dessert station will feature an assortment of pies.
The Grand Buffet Thanksgiving special will be served on Nov. 24 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $56 per person.
The Grand Cafe
Thanksgiving is grand at The Grand Cafe. Enjoy an herb roasted turkey breast with sweet cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, brown gravy, cornbread and ham stuffing. End the night with a triple layer pumpkin cake made with a sugar pumpkin mousse, maple cream cheese glaze, candied pecans served with a cinnamon ice cream.
The Grand Cafe will serve this Thanksgiving special on Nov. 24 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $42 per person.
