Brought together by Lowell George and Bill Payne in 1969, Little Feat unites California rock, funk, jazz, country and New Orleans swamp boogie into an eclectic blend that has transcended generations. Little Feat’s legendary career spans over fifty years and has produced classic tunes such as “Dixie Chicken,” “Oh Atlanta,” “Willin’,” “Let it Roll,” “Spanish Moon” and “Fat Man in the Bathtub.” Based in Los Angeles, Little Feat leaned into the sounds of California rock while also embracing a traditional blues feel of the deep south. Fans and critics alike praise the band for their turbulent and experimental performances, and their album “Waiting for Columbus” is widely regarded as one of the best live rock albums of all time.
Joining Little Feat is The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, an enigmatic ensemble that fuses the traditional foundation of brass band music with genres like bebop, jazz, funk and R&B.
