RENO, Nev. (January 7, 2024) – Rapper OhGeesy will headline at LEX Nightclub inside Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024. In addition to OhGeesy, guests can enjoy sets by DJ Vision and DJ Karma. Tickets are on sale now and start at $20, plus additional taxes and fees. Doors open at 10 p.m.
Hailing from Los Angeles, Alejandro Carranza (known professionally as OhGeesy) gained prominence as a founding member of the hip-hop group Shoreline Mafia. The group released a number of hit tracks, including “Bottle Service,” “Nun Major” and “Whuss Da Deal.”
Following Shoreline Mafia’s apparent disbandment in 2021, OhGeesy transitioned to a solo career, marked by the release of his debut solo album “Geezyworld,” which reached No. 102 on the Billboard 200. His sophomore LP, “Geezyworld 2” (2023), continued to showcase his distinct brand of West Coast rap.
He also appeared on rapper Drakeo the Ruler’s single, “For Real,” and its subsequent music video alongside Ketchy the Great. Throughout his career OhGeesy has collaborated with numerous high profile artists like DaBaby, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, YG, DJ Snake and Future.
