Teddy Swims to Perform at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, Friday, September 6

RENO, Nev. (April 23, 2024) – Singer-songwriter Teddy Swims is coming to Grand Sierra Resort’s (GSR) acclaimed Grand Theatre on Friday, Sept. 6, 2024 at 8 p.m.

Tickets for Teddy Swims at GSR go on sale Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m. PT and start at $44.50, plus additional taxes and fees. Jaten Dimsdale, known professionally as Teddy Swims, is a multifaceted artist known for his soulful voice and captivating performances. Hailing from Atlanta, Swims garnered attention for his remarkable vocal range and unique interpretations of popular songs, which he shares with a refreshing blend of R&B, soul and pop. His viral YouTube covers have amassed millions of views, showcasing his talent and resonating with audiences worldwide.

In 2020, Teddy Swims made waves with his debut EP, “Unlearning,” which featured original tracks like “Picky” and “Broke.” His soul-stirring vocals and heartfelt lyrics from singles such as “Night Off” and “Til I Change Your Mind” earned him a devoted fanbase and further established his foothold as an emerging talent in the music scene.

Continuing his creative streak, Swims dropped the EP “Tough Love,” in 2022, marking his debut appearance on the U.S. charts as it made an entry into the Billboard 200 at No. 200. The momentum persisted with the release of his fourth EP, “Sleep Is Exhausting.” Collaborative efforts followed suit, including notable singles like “Easy to Love” with Armin van Buuren and Matoma, and “Face Myself” with Elley Duhé, which kept Swims' presence alive on the charts.

In a standout moment, Swims soared to new heights with “Lose Control,” reaching No. 67 on the Billboard Hot 100.
