Jessica Simpson first captured national attention with her 1999 debut album, “Sweet Kisses,” which introduced her powerhouse vocals and spawned the hit single “I Wanna Love You Forever.” She quickly became a mainstay on radio and MTV, solidifying her status as a pop superstar with the success of albums including “Irresistible” (2001) and “In This Skin” (2003).
