RENO, Nev. (Dec. 17, 2025) – Welcome the new year with incredible dining specials at Grand Sierra Resort (GSR). From refined chef-driven dinners to festive holiday favorites, there’s something for everyone with special New Year’s Eve menus at Charlie Palmer Steak, The Grand Buffet, The Grand Café, Rim Asian Bistro and Uno Más.
Charlie Palmer Steak Reno
Ring in the New Year with an elegant four-course chef’s dinner at Charlie Palmer Steak. The evening begins with an amuse of American caviar and blini with crème fraîche and micro dill, with the option to elevate the dish with Royal Ossetra caviar.
Following the amuse, guests will enjoy a first course of sweet potato agnolotti, finished with brown sage butter, chestnut crumble and Parmigiano Reggiano. For the main course, guests can choose between a spinalis steak featuring mushroom duxelles, chorizo-scallop potato, asparagus tips and a cabernet reduction, or an herb panko-crusted sea bass served with celeriac purée, roasted brussels sprouts and port syrup. A festive baked Alaska with champagne panna cotta, strawberry purée, candied pistachio and white chocolate cream finishes the meal.
This New Year’s Eve menu will be served on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 4 to 10 p.m. for $95 per person.
The Grand Buffet
Celebrate with abundance at The Grand Buffet, featuring a special New Year’s Eve lineup sure to delight every palate. Highlights include herb-roasted prime rib, porchetta with natural jus, a full sushi bar, roasted asparagus with sauce béarnaise, chicken breast francese and assorted dim sum, along with classic buffet selections.
This special menu will be available on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 3 to 10 p.m. Prices are $80 for adults and $20 for children.
Grand Café
Guests can savor a hearty holiday favorite with The Grand Café’s New Year’s Eve special: lamb ossobuco served with red skin mashed potatoes, butter broccolini and topped with a rosemary demi-glace.
This special will be available on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 11 a.m. to close for $37 per plate.
Rim Asian Bistro
Rim Asian Bistro will offer a festive New Year’s Eve special of Cantonese-style lobster made from a wok-fried lobster with Shaoxing wine, soy glaze, crispy garlic, gai lan and served with jasmine rice.
This special will be served on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 5 to 9 p.m. for $65 per person.
Uno Más
Guests can enjoy a bold and flavorful New Year’s Eve entrée at Uno Más. The holiday special features a gaucho steak with chimichurri, grilled spring onion and smashed fingerling potatoes for $55.
This special will be available on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 5 to 11 p.m.
