RENO, Nev. (Dec. 10, 2025) – There’s no shortage of festive holiday dining at Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) this Christmas. From refined chef-driven menus to comforting seasonal classics, guests can celebrate the season with special Christmas dining experiences at Charlie Palmer Steak Reno, The Grand Buffet, The Grand Café, Rim Asian Buffet and Uno Mas.
Charlie Palmer Steak Reno
For an elevated Christmas celebration, Charlie Palmer Steak Reno will offer a three-course dinner prix fixe menu. Guests will begin with a roasted butternut squash salad, featuring baby greens, Marcona almonds, whipped goat cheese and topped with a pomegranate-maple gastrique for a sweet finish.
The main course showcases a dry-aged Prime Kansas City steak, served with roasted garlic potato purée, charred broccolini, melted tomato and a classic Bordelaise sauce. Finish the evening with a decadent dark chocolate mousse cake with cocoa nib crunch, raspberry coulis and whipped crème fraîche.
This holiday menu will be served on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 24 and 25 from 4 to 9 p.m. for $85 per person.
The Grand Buffet
Celebrate with an abundant holiday feast at The Grand Buffet, offering something for every member of the family. Christmas specials include herb-crusted leg of lamb with mint jelly, honey-glazed bone-in ham, a create-your-own poke bowl station, stir-fried snow crab with ginger and chili oil, seared cod Dijonnaise and grilled New York steak.
This festive buffet will be available on Wednesday, Dec. 24 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., and on Thursday, Dec. 25 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Prices are $75 for adults and $25 for children.
Grand Café
Guests seeking comfort and tradition can enjoy The Grand Café’s Christmas special. The menu features a slow-roasted 12-ounce prime rib, served with a baked potato and seasonal vegetables. Diners can add all the fixings, including sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon bits and chives, for an additional $6.
The Grand Café will offer this holiday special on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 24 and 25 from 11 a.m. to close for $35 per person.
Rim Asian Buffet
Rim Asian Buffet will offer a flavorful Christmas special featuring crispy whole red snapper with chili tamarind sauce, mango herb salad and jasmine rice.
This special will be served on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 24 and 25 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $50 per person.
Uno Más
Uno Más will serve a festive Christmas Day special, featuring Bacalao a la Vizcaína—a classic holiday dish with roasted tomato sauce, sofrito, garlic, sweet peppers, marbled potato and cilantro oil.
This special will be available on Thursday, Dec. 25 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $35 per person.
