Rise Against has long been celebrated for channeling raw punk energy into soaring stadium-worthy anthems and socially conscious songwriting that resonates across generations of rock fans. Led by frontman Tim McIlrath, whose soaring vocals have earned widespread praise, the band broke through with their 2004 album “Siren Song of the Counter Culture,” which produced the hit single “Swing Life Away.” Their momentum continued with “The Sufferer & the Witness” and “Appeal to Reason,” featuring chart-topping singles such as “Prayer of the Refugee,” “Savior” and “Re-Education (Through Labor),” solidifying their place as leaders in the punk-rock landscape.

Across their catalog, Rise Against has remained committed to blending propulsive musicianship with uncompromising messages of justice, empathy and social change while delivering some of the most memorable hooks in the genre. Their 2021 release “Nowhere Generation” sharpened that focus even further, taking aim at economic anxiety, generational displacement and the widening gap between promise and reality for young people. Building on that foundation, the band’s latest album “Ricochet” expands their lens to explore the interconnectedness of modern life, featuring reflective lyrics that capture the push-and-pull of a world where information moves faster than ever.

With a fierce blend of punk energy, sharp-edged wit and raw emotional honesty, Destroy Boys have quickly established themselves as a standout force in modern rock. Led by the commanding vocals of Alexia Roditis and the dynamic guitar of Violet Mayugba, the Northern California trio channels the grit of classic punk through a contemporary lens, delivering blistering riffs, breakneck rhythms and melodic hooks. Across their releases, Destroy Boys tackle themes of personal empowerment, identity and social pressures, earning acclaim for their cathartic performances, uncompromising authenticity and undeniable stage presence. Doors open at 7 p.m.
