Known for his laid-back delivery and hilarious tales of everyday life, Ron White has solidified himself as one of America’s most beloved stand-up comedians. Best known as a founding member of the chart-topping Blue Collar Comedy Tour, White’s unmistakable style, complete with a glass of scotch and a cigar in hand, helped make him a staple in the comedy world for more than two decades.
In 2003, White released his breakthrough album “Drunk in Public,” followed by his first one-hour TV comedy special “They Call Me Tater Salad.” He followed up with “You Can’t Fix Stupid,” which became one of the highest-rated specials in Comedy Central history, with the album reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Comedy Charts. The album also earned White his first Grammy nomination. His next two albums, “Behavioral Problems” (2009) and “A Little Unprofessional” (2013), both peaked at No. 1 on the comedy charts. In 2018, White landed his first Netflix special, “If You Quit Listening, I’ll Shut Up,” showing fans that he hasn’t stopped sharpening his craft or delivering the honest, side-splitting humor that made him a household name.
Over the course of his career, White has sold more than 10 million albums, performed to sold-out crowds across North America and remained a fixture on late-night television and comedy radio. From sharp social commentary to laugh-out-loud reflections on life, relationships and the absurdities of adulthood, Ron White continues to captivate audiences with his honest humor and timeless appeal.
